Michael started Henley Property which grew to be the leading real estate agency in the Snowy Mountains, with 4 modern offices and over 20 staff members. Fast-paced and fast-growing, Henley Property transitioned to Belle Snowy Mountains in late 2024.

Michael loves everything that the Snowy Mountains lifestyle has to offer including water sports, skiing, road biking, and golf. With three children, Michael’s dedication to his family and local community is evident through his support to the local Cooma, Berridale and Jindabyne junior soccer teams and the Cooma junior league in basketball.
