Property Management is not just about managing a property.

Managing people is the complex part of property management that requires good people skills, systems and procedures, knowledge and most importantly experience.

Working in the customer service industry for over 24 years with the last 5 specifically in Property Management I have gained the skills and experience to effectively and professionally manage your investment property portfolio.

My skills and experience have been acknowledged by my peers being a finalist 2 years running as Property Manager Practitioner of the Year in both 2006 and 2007 Real Estate of SA Industry Awards.

My formal qualifications include the Certificate Course in Property Management at the Real Estate Training College in Adelaide and Certificate 1V in Property and Certificate in Commercial Leasing Level 1 and 2 with the Real Estate Institute of South Australia.
