Melissa works in the team of founding directors Penny and Grant, assisting vendors and buyers throughout their acreage property journey. With a strong background in property sales, she takes a hands-on, strategic approach to every transaction.

She has managed the marketing and sales of over 50 residential land developments, led high-performing sales teams, and built strong relationships with Melbourne’s top builders and developers. Now, she has returned to the Mornington Peninsula, where she grew up, to focus on helping clients find their ideal acreage lifestyle.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys family time, surfing with her children, and exploring Australia in her caravan. She is also an active member of the Point Leo Surf Life Saving Club.
