Since 1992 Matthew, at the age of 20 started his real estate career as an apprentice estate agent in Morisset. Working through the ranks he became Principal of Dowling Real Estate Morisset by the age of 27.

In 2008 Matthew merged his office with then, Johnson and Britten Morisset, becoming business partners with John Britten, resulting in, Wilson and Britten operating under the Professional banner. Matthew is still very active in selling with a strong repeat client business, however he has also become a strong leader for the business, working closely with all staff members, nurturing a culture of training and continued growth.

With exceptional teamwork, Wilson and Britten has become the number one agent in the Morisset region since 2012.

On a personal level Matthew is the proud father of his two children Max and Charlotte and loves spending time on his farm with his wife and kid's mother Michelle.
