Matthew Lyford is the sole Director and licensee at Industrial & General, having started in the Commercial property industry in the late 80’s. Matthew has over 25 years experience and is fully versed in the many disciplines associated with the Industrial and Commercial property industry.

In particular Matthew offers extensive experience in investment sales and commercial leasing and land sales. Matthew has worked internationally and interstate with major property rms including Chesterton International in the United Kingdom, Colliers Jardine in Sydney and in Perth and CB Richard Ellis in Perth.

Prior to opening I&G, Matthew successfully owned and operated his own property agency for over 10 years and more recently jointly owned and ran LJ Hooker Commercial Perth.
