Matthew Edwards is an Associate Director at Raine &Horne Commercial. He has completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Curtin University with a double major in Property and Accounting.

Matthew commenced with Raine & Horne Commercial in2009 as an Assistant to the Sales & Leasing team. This was a challenging time in the Perth commercial property market as the impact of the GFC was in full effect, however this didn’t phase Matthew and with hard work and persistence he has forged a successful career in the industry. Initially working under the Directors and with their guidance he quickly progressed to an experienced member of the agency team. Matthew is now primarily involved in the commercial sales and leasing of offices and urban industrial/showroom/retail assets in the Perth fringe CBD and the northern corridor. In 2019 Matthew was promoted to Associate Director - Commercial Sales& Leasing.

Matthew has a wealth of knowledge to assist owners and landlords in providing the right strategies to maximise the outcome for their property.
