Martin’s long and successful career with Wardle Co began in 1994, he completed his Diploma in Real Estate Sales and Accounting, which helped significantly while overlooking the financials of the company and providing professional services in both rural sales/leasing and residential sales.

During his career spanning 3 decades, Martin has built a reputable, strong base of return clients, which has always been an important focus of his.

Martin believes that by showing trust and respect to clients, they in turn will do the same – which in his view, is the most effective form of marketing. Building great relationships with the management team and colleagues has contributed greatly to Martin’s successful career.

In his spare time, Martin enjoys fishing and camping, as well as spending time with the grandkids.
