Mark brings extensive real estate experience, having worked in the industry during the late 1980s before returning in 2017. His background spans residential sales, business development, and leadership, making him exceptionally well suited to his role as Ballarat Manager at BigginScott. As a Fully Licensed Estate Agent, Mark is passionate about every aspect of real estate and is dedicated to helping his clients achieve outstanding results.

Affectionately known as "The Agent in the Hat," Mark is Ballarat born and bred and has a genuine passion for the local community. Before returning to real estate, he toured Australia for more than nine years as a professional singer and actor before building a successful corporate career. Over the past 20 years, he has held a number of senior leadership roles, including National Sales Manager, International Sales Manager, and Commercial Sales Manager, developing exceptional skills in negotiation, leadership, strategic sales, and customer service.

Giving back to the community is an important part of Mark's life. He proudly serves as President of Ballarat Heartbeat and Heartbeat Walking, reflecting his ongoing commitment to supporting local initiatives and promoting community wellbeing.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys sport, fine dining, and spending time with family and friends. Known for his professionalism, integrity, and approachable nature, he takes the time to understand each client's unique goals and works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome.
