Mark brings over 25 years of industry experience, having owned and operated a successful Bayside Real Estate business with approximately 600 properties under management, as well as heading up a successful sales team.

With personally over 1300 property sales around the Bayside area, Mark has an incredible local knowledge and highly developed negotiating skills with proven results. As a panel agent for the State Trustees for 23 years, he has assisted with home sales for hundreds of clients going into residential care or for executors caring for an Estate.

Mark is known for his enthusiasm and dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for all involved. His ability to offer support, empathy and practical advice, whilst maintaining a sense of calm and control in an often stressful context, is a reflection of his experience and expertise.

Growing up in Aspendale and raising his own family in Mentone, Mark has a strong affiliation with the local community. He contributes personally and professionally at every opportunity, for example through his long term position as president of the Alumni of Mentone Grammar, as well as being an active member of The Mentone Traders Association.
