Mark commenced his career in property sales in 1996, working as a residential sales agent for four years before commencing his career in commercial sales and leasing on the North Shore, founding Mark Orr Commercial in 2002, to provide premium personal service to North Shore Commercial property owners and later merged with Coutts in early 2023.

Mark quickly carved out an enviable market share and a network of commercial property owners across the North Shore, many of whom Mark continues to work with today.

Mark's specialisation in Commercial Sales has seen him carry out countless record transactions, which include freehold office buildings, prime freehold retail, development sites and major strata projects, leasing and sale appointments for Major Institutional clients as well as for Large Private Property Companies.
