Perth born and bred, and with a passion for the property market, Mark has over thirty years’ experience in real estate, most of which he has spent running his own successful business.

Mark has a particular passion for property, and has personally invested in numerous properties and developments all over Western Australia. Known for his business acumen, Mark is both a savvy investor and strategic planner. Over the last three decades he has successfully advised countless Perth residents on creating passive income and security through property.

Mark is a regular public speaker, presenting to industry groups, related professional bodies and within the Mark Hay investment education seminar series and workshops.

In leading his own real estate team, Mark aims to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for his clients, professionally servicing their every real estate need and requirement. “Our team aims to deliver the best possible service across all areas of real estate including residential, commercial, rural, investment, premium properties, project developments, subdivisions, residential, commercial and strata management and finance,” says Mark.

For Mark, his only passion greater than property, is his family. He enjoys spending as much time as he can with his five children, escaping to their hideaway farm in Toodyay, pursuing ultra-sports and traveling the world.
