Mario Sanfrancesco

Mario Sanfrancesco has nearly 30 years experience working in the Canberra real estate industry, and has been involved in thousands of successful property transactions throughout his career. He has been recognised as Canberra’s top agent by REB after being ranked 20th on Australia’s Top 100 Agents list, and also having won Real Estate Industry ACT (REIACT) Agent of the Year in Canberra.

Mario has previously been a Principal of his own real estate business since the mid-1990s, and his passion, professionalism, knowledge and leadership resulted in it being awarded the (REIACT) Agency of the Year eight times. Mario has also won multiple awards in other categories throughout his real estate career.

He regards his philosophy of always measuring customer satisfaction and implementing constant improvements as his driving force and the key to his success. He seeks to constantly improve not only his own skills, but to give greater training and focus to his colleagues. He has been a mentor to numerous real estate agents, and offices over the years including outside of Canberra, and those who have become very successful in their own right.

Travelling extensively, Mario has sought out the very best real estate agents and business professionals in Australia and overseas to share skills and knowledge as part of his mission to demonstrate world best practice. Mario has developed close business relationships with many world class sales leaders and mentors including renowned Bob Bohlen, who is recognised as one of the most successful real estate agents in the world and was ranked as America’s number one agent.

Mario is also a highly skilled auctioneer, and his polished techniques and friendly open style consistently achieves excellent results for his clients at auction. His abilities in this area have landed him numerous awards, including recognition as the Real Estate Institute’s ACT Auctioneer of the Year three times.

For nearly 25 years Mario has also put his formidable skills to use for the good of society, running hundreds of charity auctions for a range of charities including the Starlight Children’s Foundation, Canberra Cancerians, Menslink, AFFIRM, Bossum Buddies, the Red Cross, South Care Helicopter, and RSPCA among many others.

Mario gains enormous satisfaction from helping his clients achieve their real estate goals and loves nothing more than to see people move into their first home, just as much as seeing clients achieve successful results after selling their home of fifty years.
