Manuel began his career in Property in 1998 after studying a Diploma in Business Administration at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain). During his 12 year property career In Spain Manuel had extensive experience in selling and leasing property, working with both corporate and private investors, having sold/leased more than 70,000 square metres of residential and commercial property in transactions worth in excess 360 million Euros. Manuel migrated to Sydney Australia in 2010 and commenced at Blueprint Property in 2011 as Property Manager. Due to his enthusiasim to expand his vast knowledge in property and his appetite for dealing with new challenges and forging new relationships Manuel was soon promoted to Associate Director. Manuel's current role at Blueprint Property as Associate Director, primarily focuses on assisting both local and international corporate clients, with the acquisition, disposal, leasing and management of their property assets.
