Bright, focused and determined, with a long family history in sales and real estate, you could almost say Maddison was destined for success in the industry.

Having worked alongside River’s managing director Chris Henry since she joined River in 2016, Maddison has developed into a key member of the team who can manage the sales process end-to-end, from handling initial enquiries and developing relationships with clients to property preparation and presentation, managing negotiations and sealing the deal.

With plenty of energy, an ability to adapt to every situation and a genuine love of people, Maddison thrives under pressure and lives for those moments of happiness and excitement when clients secure the sale they were hoping for or find their dream home.

Revelling in the growth mindset of River’s team, where everyone is open to stepping outside the square to try something new, Maddison hopes to one day be able to use her experiences to help guide and mentor the next generation coming through the industry.
