Maddie later advanced into Sales Administration, where she deepened her understanding of campaign operations, documentation, and the transactional processes involved in commercial property dealings. This cross department experience has equipped her with a broad perspective of the industry and an appreciation of the full commercial property lifecycle.

Now an Assistant Sales & Leasing Executive specialising in the office market, Maddie brings together her operational experience, industry qualifications—including a Diploma of Business from RMIT and her REIV Agents Representative Certificate—and strong attention to detail to deliver high quality outcomes across her campaigns. With a genuine passion for commercial real estate and a commitment to ongoing professional growth, she continues to be a valuable and capable asset to Crabtrees.
