McEwan Dawson is the Licensee-in-Charge of One Agency Scone. With over a decade of experience in residential and rural sales, property management, and real estate compliance, McEwan leads with a client-first approach and strong regional market knowledge.

He began his career in real estate in 2014, obtained his Class 1 Real Estate and Stock & Station licenses, and was instrumental in restoring the reputation of a national franchise brand across the Upper Hunter from 2018–2021. His background in boilermaking and hospitality gives him a grounded work ethic and people-focused mindset.

A six-time Scone Golf Club A-Grade Champion and active community member, McEwan is passionate about local fundraising initiatives—raising over $20,000 for the Cancer Council through “The Longest Day” golf challenge. Driven by results and relationships, he combines traditional values with modern marketing to deliver a standout real estate experience.
