At Colliers, he specialises in premium freehold investments, office, retail, and development sites, delivering strategic, analytical solutions for clients. Previously, Luke was Lead Negotiator and Principal Lease Manager for the Queensland Government Accommodation Office, managing 13 office buildings totalling 300,000m² and securing $49M in savings through major CBD lease transactions. His career also includes roles as Investment Analyst at AMP Capital, where he managed financial modelling and budgeting for landmark retail assets (including Pacific Fair SC and Gasworks), and Valuer at JLL, conducting complex valuations, feasibility studies, and rental assessments for institutional and private clients. This diverse background equips Luke with a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial insight.
