Luke brings 14 years of diverse property experience across town planning, valuations, and commercial leasing. Before joining Colliers, he led major lease negotiations for the Queensland Government, managing over 300,000m² of office space and delivering $49M in savings.

Luke’s background spans roles at AMP Capital and JLL, where he developed strong financial modelling, valuation and advisory capabilities across major retail assets like Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and Gasworks. His expertise bridges valuations and leasing, enabling a strategic, analytical approach to premium freehold investments, retail and development sites.
