With a strong accounting background, Luisa places significant focus on understanding the financial position of a business before it goes to market. She works closely with owners to review the numbers, identify the key drivers of value, and ensure the business is well positioned to maximise saleability and attract the right buyers. This early groundwork often plays a critical role in achieving stronger results.

Equally important is understanding the business beyond the financials. Luisa takes the time to learn how each business operates, its structure, key people and growth opportunities. Luisa’s career spans accounting, banking and business ownership, and includes 15 years living and working in Japan, giving her a global perspective and adaptability that clients value.

Outside of work, Luisa enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband, their two daughters, and their Rhodesian Ridgeback.
