I founded Real Estate HQ in 2008 and after more than 25 years in the South East Queensland real estate market I’m still personally involved in the properties and clients we look after.

I’ve spent more than 30 years in business and have worked across residential and commercial property management and sales with a particular focus on Brisbane’s Western Suburbs. Over that time, I’ve managed thousands of properties and tenancies so there is nothing I haven't seen and a problem I cannot fix.

That experience has taught me that good property management is about much more than collecting rent. It’s about knowing the legislation, staying on top of the detail, solving problems early and making sure owners always know what is happening with their property.

I’m particularly focused on compliance and risk management. From entry condition reports and routine inspections to rent increases, maintenance and tenancy disputes. We have systems and processes designed to protect the owner and their investment.

I’m also very straightforward in the advice I give. I’ll tell you what your property is realistically worth, what it should rent for and what I think needs attention — even if it’s not quite what you were hoping to hear.

Real Estate HQ is deliberately small and hands-on. When you deal with us, you’re not just handed over to a large team and left wondering who is looking after your property.
