Louise has a strong background in customer service and administration across many sectors including medico legal, NSW Department of Education, TAFE NSW, disability support and real estate. As a local Mullumbimby resident, she brings a genuine understanding of the area and a friendly, approachable manner to her role.

Louise has experience supporting all aspects of property management operations, including lease renewals, maintenance coordination, rent arrears, invoicing, and liaising with tenants, owners, and trades. Highly organised and detail-oriented, she prides herself on balancing competing priorities while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.

With a genuine passion for real estate and a strong interest in the local property market, she enjoys deepening her industry knowledge while supporting both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, she values family life and enjoys swimming laps at the Petria Thomas Swimming Pool and in Simpson’s Creek on a high tide. Louise also plays drums with Batala, a local community-based Brazilian percussion group and at the Brunswick Heads ANZAC Day dawn service. She has a deep appreciation for the natural environment at her doorstep. An avid traveller, she loves exploring far-flung destinations and immersing herself in diverse cultures, languages, and music.
