Lincoln holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Management and Marketing, from the University of Tasmania, which he completed in 2016. He has built a career focused on sales, with significant experience in roles at Coca-Cola and the Restaurant and Catering Association.

Raised in a family business environment, Lincoln founded his own business in the hospitality sector in 2018. Over the past six years, he has successfully operated and transacted multiple businesses. In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Lincoln has a strong interest in property and development, actively buying and selling real estate throughout his professional life.

Outside of work, Lincoln values his close-knit family ties and is actively involved in local community sports.
