Local born and bred, Lexene Hipwell comes from a proud family of dairy farmers and represents the third generation on her family’s property. She grew up on the farm, raised her three sons there, and shared farming responsibilities with her parents.

Today, Lexene and her partner continue to operate the family farm, focusing on beef cattle. This background has provided her with invaluable hands-on knowledge of water management and rural living—insight that greatly benefits her real estate clients.

With 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, Lexene has developed extensive expertise across all areas of property management, including storage facilities, as well as sales in rural, residential, and commercial properties, and water trading.

Her deep understanding of the local area—including Cohuna, Pyramid Hill, Leitchville, and surrounding districts—combined with her practical farming experience, enables her to provide clients with informed, down-to-earth advice and a professional approach to every transaction.

Outside of work, Lexene loves spending time with her family and being outdoors on the farm, where she continues to enjoy the rural lifestyle that’s always been a part of her life.
