Leon is a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer, and the founder of Hot Property.

He started building at 17 and became a licensed builder at 24. He moved into selling property just after turning 28, and founded Hot Property in 2002. The business has since been responsible for more than $3 billion in property sales across the Toowoomba region.

Leon has been buying and selling property in Toowoomba on his own account since he was 18. Having been on both sides of the transaction many times, he understands the emotions buyers and sellers go through during a sale.

His background as a builder, developer, and renovator gives him a practical understanding of how properties are built, improved, and valued. He works across both residential and commercial property, and brings decades of hands-on experience and long-standing relationships to every client he works with.
