With a background in payroll, administration and accounts Leola made the move into Real Estate with a company promoting the tax benefits of property investment. It was in this role that Leola realised the importance of professional management of property investments and enrolled in Property Management training with the REIQ.

Having now been in the Real Estate industry for 20 years Leola has been an Asset Manager for most of this time, both in the residential and commercial markets.

Knowing that the one constant in this industry is change, particularly to legislative and compliance requirements, Leola’s extensive experience in Commercial Asset Management helps to ensure her owners’ properties are well maintained, compliant and well tenanted.
