He brings experience from his involvement in transactions of prime hotel and hospitality assets in Ireland to Australia along with continued work in other real estate sectors. His understanding of the details involved in hotel brokerage, investment analysis and advisory is derived from extensive involvement across over 50 successful transactional, advisory and valuation services. His transaction experience spans from prime, luxury and trophy assets to regional and investment properties and he deals with a range of clients including owner operators, developers, institutional funds, international HNWIs, individual investors and more.

Leo’s further experience in real estate spans more than hotels. His work in valuations and in asset management role to clients in Ireland in Industrial & Logistics, Residential and Office markets gives him a diverse perspective. Further to this, with his Architectural background and experience he is uniquely positioned to help navigate complex development type deals. His distinctive experience and transparent approach help ensure that he consistently delivers successful outcomes for his clients.
