Since entering the industry in 2016, Leo has worked with top-performing agencies including Ray White Commercial, Buxton Real Estate Group, and most recently, Jason Commercial—where he was instrumental in helping the firm achieve the number one ranking in the Tullamarine district for commercial property sales and leasing.

Now at the helm of Steleo, Leo is on a mission to build Melbourne’s most trusted and effective commercial real estate agency. As both an agent and an active investor, Leo combines sharp negotiation skills, deep market knowledge, and firsthand property experience to deliver outcomes that matter.
