Originally from a farm near Orange in the Central West, Leisa has carried her country values—integrity, empathy, and hard work—into every aspect of her career. Before real estate, she worked in advertising sales and as a Marketing Manager for a building company, giving her a strong foundation in client relations and communication.

Leisa was drawn to real estate because it combines her love of property with her passion for helping people. Her standout moment came when she sold a property in a completely new area—an experience that tested her adaptability and reinforced her belief in the importance of trust and relationship-building. Outside of work, Leisa enjoys a balanced and active lifestyle. She loves spending time with her husband, family and their dog, Bobby, as well as catching up with friends, doing Pilates, gardening or heading out for long walks.
