Since joining ResortBrokers in 2024, Leah has established herself as one of the leading accommodation property brokers in Far North Queensland, a region she and her family have proudly called home for the last 20 years.

In just two years, Leah has settled the sales of accommodation assets with a combined value of more than $40 million, including $33 million in FY26 alone. Her exceptional results earned her ResortBrokers’ Rookie of the Year award in FY26.

Leah’s notable sales include:

- the MiHaven Living portfolio — 131 rooms across 3 properties in Cairns, sold to Redhill Hospitality Group;

- the 81-key Cairns Queens Court Motel, sold to Sydney-based Quay Wholesale Fund Services for $10.5 million;

- the 46-room Castaways Resort & Spa in Mission Beach, sold to global timeshare operator Travel + Leisure; and

- the management rights to the 34-suite, 4.5-star Port Douglas Peninsula Boutique Hotel.

Leah brings a strong foundation in sales, marketing and commercial strategy, built primarily through extensive experience in North Queensland’s tourism and hospitality sectors.

She spent many years in senior sales and marketing roles, including leading national sales for a major adventure tourism operator and managing sales, marketing and events for a prominent Cairns entertainment venue.

Complementing her tourism background, Leah later broadened her commercial expertise through senior roles in finance and business management, gaining valuable exposure to complex transactions, compliance and structured deal processes — experience she now leverages to guide accommodation sales with clarity, confidence and a strong understanding of both operational and financial drivers.
