Lauren began her career in the family business at just 16 years of age and, after more than 20 years in the industry, proudly purchased the agency in 2022. Her journey through the business has seen her gain hands-on experience across every aspect of real estate, progressing through roles including receptionist, property officer, property manager, office manager and, for the past decade, a successful sales agent.

This well-rounded experience gives Lauren a unique and comprehensive understanding of what it takes to run a professional, high-performing real estate agency while delivering outstanding service to clients.

Born and raised in Raymond Terrace, Lauren has deep roots in the local community and has been actively involved in numerous sporting clubs through her two sons. Her strong connection to the area, combined with her extensive industry knowledge, allows her to provide clients with genuine insight and trusted guidance.

Lauren proudly upholds the values and principles established when the agency first opened its doors in 1993, with integrity, transparency and client care remaining at the heart of everything she does.
