Laura grew up in Leichhardt, Sydney, and has been visiting the Byron Bay area since 2011. She quickly fell in love with the region's laid-back lifestyle and stunning beaches, eventually making the permanent move to the Northern Rivers in 2015.

With over 30 years of experience in customer service and administration, Laura’s career began at the age of 18. She has spent many years working in both government and private sectors, consistently excelling as a customer service champion. In 2019, Laura transitioned from her role at Outrigger Bay Apartments in Byron Bay to become the onsite manager in 2023, overseeing short-term holiday accommodation while also earning her Real Estate Licence.

Outside of work, Laura is passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle. She enjoys exploring the area’s scenic walking trails and has a deep appreciation for food, dancing, and nature. Her vibrant personality and easygoing nature make her a joy to be around, both within the team and beyond.
