After gaining five years of experience as a retail manager in Melbourne, Lauchlan decided to take his effective communication and management skills into real estate with a passion for the industry and a commitment to continue to learn and grow. In 2021 Lauchlan began his real estate career in Melbourne’s property management market, where he quickly was able to establish himself, break personal goals and agency records.

Growing up in Paynesville, Lauchlan has always been passionate about his local community, and is now dedicated to providing excellent service while selling the region's incredible lifestyle. Returning home in 2022, Lauchlan has since completed his study to obtain a Diploma of Property. Above all Lauchlan values forming meaningful relationships within the community, meaning you can expect easy communication, honesty, and reliability.

Outside of work, Lauchlan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, frequenting our local cafe's, and experiencing everything our beautiful East Gippsland has to offer.
