Lara has 20 years in Property Management and is very knowledgeable in the field. She has worked her way through various roles from Leasing Agent, Property Manager, Business Development and Commercial Leasing. This experience has allowed her to become educated in the many facets of the industry and obtain skills in trust accounting, inspections, conflict resolution and tribunal hearings, to name a few.

Having been a resident in the Shoalhaven since 2000 means Lara has a genuine knowledge of the area and the local market.
