Having worked for both large established agencies as well as high-end boutique firms, and spending a few years as a property management temp working across Melbourne earlier in her career, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge of the Melbourne property market, the Residential Tenancies Act in theory and action, and a strong foundation in agency best practice.

Lana enjoys problem solving and gleans great satisfaction in working through difficult situations and arriving at the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
