With 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kylie Swain brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and genuine care to her role at Kennedy & Hunt.

Kylie began her real estate career in 2002 after completing work experience with Ernest F Williams & Son, a boutique real estate and valuation firm in Melbourne’s CBD. From there, she developed extensive experience managing commercial properties throughout Victoria and has built a strong passion for commercial real estate. Kylie is a fully licensed Estate Agent and is known for her loyalty, hard work and integrity.

Since joining Kennedy & Hunt in May 2018, Kylie has played an integral role in the growth and development of the Property Management Department. She sets high standards for herself and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong, lasting relationships with both property owners and tenants.

Beyond the office, Kylie is a busy mum who enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending footy games and being the ultimate ‘mum taxi’ getting the kids to their various sporting commitments. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, flower arranging and helping with local seed-saving initiatives. When she gets the chance, you’ll find Kylie enjoying time at her caravan at Eppalock.
