Kylie brings over 20 years of experience in the property industry, with a strong focus on the management and delivery of Statutory Valuations for Rating & Taxing purposes for 5 years. Her expertise spans across business management, as well as residential, rural, commercial, and industrial valuations. Before transitioning into the valuation sector, Kylie spent 9 years in the real estate industry and played an integral role as part of the founding team at Elders Batemans Bay in 2005. She is currently the Licensee in Charge and Principal Sales Agent for McGrath Batemans Bay and Moruya.

Kylie and her husband Luke will be working as a dynamic team to help clients achieve their property goals, leveraging their local knowledge and passion for the community. Both locals, they love raising their children in the coastal environment they call home. Known for her dedication to outstanding customer care and transparent communication, Kylie is committed to providing a smooth, stress-free experience for both vendors and purchasers alike.
