I’m Kristy McMillan, the founder of Cornerstone Commercial — a boutique agency specialising in commercial property sales and leasing across South East Queensland. My background in commercial property development means I bring more than just market knowledge to the table — I understand how assets function from the ground up.

Before launching Cornerstone, I spent 8 years in the commercial property and development industry, gaining hands-on experience in asset positioning, leasing strategy, and tenant negotiations. That development lens still shapes how I approach every campaign. I don’t just list properties — I help owners prepare, present and position their asset for the right outcome, whether that’s securing a long-term tenant or achieving a strong sale result.

My clients work directly with me, not handed off to a junior or lost in a large team. I’m genuinely invested in their success and offer straight-talking advice, clear communication, and a business owner’s attention to detail. Whether it’s a retail strip, freestanding industrial, or office space, I approach each asset with care and strategy — like it was my own.

Based in Caboolture and servicing the wider Moreton Bay region and beyond, I’ve also worked with select clients as far north as Mackay.
