Kingsley lives in and loves the Margaret River wine region and is excited to be our representative in the South West. Kingsley began his Real Estate career with Shellabears in 2001 where he worked as a specialist representative in Claremont (and surrounding suburbs) and quickly became one of the areas top performing sales representatives. His abilities were identified early on by the Public Trustee who nominated him as a preferred sales agent and auctioneer for their numerous sales throughout Western Australia. Honing his skills during the fast-paced yeards of 2001 to 2010 gave Kingsley invaluable experience and a wealth of knowledge in the Real Estate Industry.

Having holidayed in Dunsborough all his life and with long-standing family ties to the region, Kingsley moved to the South West in 2010 to start a family with his wife Catherine who is a Margaret River winemaker. He gained broader sales experience operating in the highly competitive wine industry and again performed exceptionally well, making a big impact in a short space of time. A chance encounter with Chris Shellabear at Cowaramup Bay in Gracetown reignited Kingsley's passion for Real Estate and presented and exciting opportunity to bring his skill set to the place he loves and now calls home.

Kingsleys integrity, diligence and outstanding negotiation skills have seen a majority of his listings occur through referrals from delighted clients. His outstanding character and unique background in both city and country areas give Kingsley's clients the best possible opportunity to achieve their property aspirations.
