Khem specialises in the Sale and Leasing of Commercial and Retail and Residential properties. She has had an extensive background in business including marketing research, commodities trading and retail for many years.

On top of her economics and market experiences, she has also completed degrees of Economics and an MBA, giving her the edge to steer through the tough economic and market conditions and challenges faced today.

Khem was born in Thailand and spent the later part of her education overseas. She’s fluent in Thai and English.
