Kevin Phillips opened Ray White Cessnock in January 2012 and from here, the business has gone from strength to strength. After opening the doors with 3 staff members, the business has expanded to 12 staff members. In August 2012, Tracey Stewart Real Estate merged in with the office which has saw the office expand quicker than Kevin could ever hope for!

With over 22 years-experience in the Real Estate Industry, Kevin is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Kevin is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent and Auctioneer. These qualifications enable Kevin to offer the best advice to anybody interested in buying or selling their property.
