Kerryn joined the group in 1997. She manages client communication with ease, regularly liaising with clients nationally and overseas. As the head of department, Kerryn also overlooks office management in a valued part of the company.

Understanding operations, and guest experience for holiday management across Byron Shire, Kerryn is passionate about people and their experiences. She’s created a following of clients, with a reputation for going above and beyond the call of duty for them.
