Kelly Baldwin is the Office Manager at Knobel & Davis (North) and heads up the Property Management Department.

With over seventeen years experience in the real estate industry, Kelly has worked every aspect of real estate from managing investment portfolios in the hundreds to negotiating millions of dollars worth of property sales.

Kelly has received a lot of recognition and accolades from her peers throughout her career, highlights including Property Manager of the Year for QLD and Moreton Bay (formerly Caboolture Shire) Customer Service Winner.

Kelly has lived on Bribie Island for 30 years (with a 2 year hiatus throughout Europe in her early 20’s). “I love everything about living on Bribie! The water is only ever a few minutes away, there’s plenty of shopping for most things you need, and Brisbane and Sunshine Coast are so accessible. It really is such a wonderful & relaxed corner of the world and I feel very lucky to live and work on Bribie Island.”
