Kelli has spearheaded ResortBrokers’ expansion in South Australia and the Northern Territory since 2017.

During that time, she has established herself as one of the most effective and active motel and caravan park specialists across this vast region, having sold 75 accommodation assets worth more than $170 million in total value.

Kelli’s excellence has been recognised with several ResortBrokers’ awards over the years, including Top Sales Broker and Top Volume Broker in FY23.

Her expertise across all asset classes — including freehold passives, freehold going concerns, leaseholds and development opportunities — has enabled her to successfully sell properties throughout South Australia and the Northern Territory, from Adelaide through to Darwin.

“The nice thing about my zone is that it’s not just caravan parks or motels or leases,” says Kelli. “I transact across all asset classes and across scale as well, properties both big and small.”

Prior to joining ResortBrokers, Kelli had a successful 15-year career with Bacardi Lion Pty Ltd, the largest privately owned spirits company in the world. Her achievements in sales, distribution and market growth were recognised when she was appointed Territory Manager then State Sales Manager for SA/NT. Kelli’s exceptional leadership in promoting a culture based on trust and respect led to her being awarded Leader of the Year in 2011 and being nominated for the same award in 2015.
