Keith has been a resident of Bribie Island since 1997 and has been involved in the real estate industry since 1985. As the principal of Knobel & Davis (North) he has a wealth of experience in the field covering residential and commercial real estate sales and property management.

Keith was involved in a project marketing role in Retirement/Over 50’s Village sector for over 10 years, forming a close association with developers of 3 very successful resort projects here on the island as well as at Burpengary.

In August 2009 Keith was very pleased to enter into a franchise arrangement with a very successful company Knobel & Davis which was established in 1984 by two of Queensland’s most successful and respected real estate agents, John Knobel and Kerry Davis, and Knobel & Davis (North) was born on Bribie Island with Keith at the helm! Now Keith has successfully steered Knobel & Davis (North) to totally independent boutique real estate agency, and Kerry Davis continues at the helm of Knobel & Davis company on the Gold Coast and Cairns.

Keith is proud to be a born and bred Queenslander with a company that is totally Australian owned, and personally brings a tremendous amount of professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm which forms the culture of the Knobel & Davis (North) agency team.
