Kate brings warmth, professionalism, and a wealth of experience to her role as Property Manager within PRD’s Commercial Property Management Division, where she works closely with Caitlin Fogarty and the wider commercial team.

With an extensive background in business accounts management, HR, events, and administration, Kate offers a highly organised, solutions-focused approach to commercial property management. Her strong understanding of business operations, combined with her attention to detail, allows her to manage properties efficiently while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Known for her enthusiasm and dedication, Kate takes pride in building positive client relationships and ensuring every interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism. Her approachable nature and strong work ethic make her a valued member of the commercial division and the broader PRD office.

Before joining PRD, Kate worked locally as an HR and Events Manager, overseeing accounts and administration for busy hospitality venues. This experience sharpened her ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage complex accounts, and deliver seamless outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys Pilates, netball, and cheering on her children from the sidelines. A proud mum of three, she values weekends spent with family and friends and making the most of life in the Bay.
