Justin Clinch is a Senior Director and Officer in Effective Control here at Lemon Baxter.

With nearly two and a half decades of leadership experience, Justin’s goal is – and always has been – growth. Whether that’s the evolution and expansion of our business, our team’s personal and professional development, or our clients’ satisfaction levels.

Since 2000, Justin has brought his comprehensive knowledge of commercial property management and compliance legislation to secure leading results for his clients.

Day to day, Justin oversees our Property Management department – an area he’s grown to a thriving team of ten.

Justin has managed a wealth of high-profile assets – for clients as diverse as Macquarie Bank, Charter Hall, Primewest and COBILD – as well as several high-rise office buildings in the Melbourne CBD.

Away from his commercial property duties, Justin enjoys everything sport: whether that be AFL, cricket, golf, or motorsports. He also loves a regular trip up to Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory, to chase the world-famous barramundi.

But most of all, Justin values family time – especially on holidays in the sunnier states with his wife and three children.
