Joshua Staines is a seasoned sales professional whose career spans nearly three decades across both retail and real estate. As a proud member of the team at Elders Taree, Josh brings a broad and accredited skill set to his role. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent, and Auctioneer. Since joining Elders in April 2022, he has successfully negotiated over 100 property sales, including residential homes, villas, acreage, and large rural properties, totaling more than 65 million dollars in sales.

Covering the scenic Manning Valley, Josh is deeply committed to serving his clients with professionalism and integrity. His own experience of purchasing a home with his wife Natalie in 2021 sparked a passion for helping others enjoy a similarly positive journey through real estate.

Family is at the heart of Josh’s world. In 2023, he and Natalie welcomed their daughter Kadie, followed by the arrival of their son Jack in 2024, marking a joyful new chapter for the Staines family.
