He plays a key role in the leadership and growth of the business, specialising in commercial sales and leasing across the Gold Coast market.

As a Director, Josh is closely involved in day-to-day client interactions and negotiations, and is known for his clear communication, practical advice, and straightforward, no-nonsense approach. He focuses on ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout every stage of the transaction process.

Josh believes effective commercial outcomes come from understanding the detail, responding quickly, and keeping things simple and well managed. His hands-on and solutions-focused style allows him to navigate transactions efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.

Originally from Scotland, Josh brings a grounded, practical perspective to commercial real estate, underpinned by a background in construction and a strong understanding of property and development.
