Joseph Lyons

Joseph grew up just around the corner from Waverley College on Salisbury Street – so choosing Waverley for high school was a natural fit after finishing Year 4 at Holy Cross Catholic Primary School Woollahra.

After school, Joseph pursued health and fitness, studying sports and exercise science at university. He then started a personal training business in Clovelly, where he developed a passion for sales. He then shifted to a start-up e-commerce business selling high-end furniture, arcade machines, and bar fridges, but he missed direct client contact.

Joseph joined Raine & Horne under Alex's mentorship, enabling him to combine his love for sales with direct client contact.

When not working, Joseph is at Bronte Beach with mates or training at the gym.

As a Sales Associate, Joseph is key in supporting Alex with progressing appraisals, listings, and sales. In addition, he actively seeks out potential vendors by cold-calling, door-knocking, and following up with contacts from previous open homes to generate new opportunities.
