John feels a strong sense of duty in representing vendors and investors, and he is equally committed to serving buyers and tenants. His core values are honesty and professionalism, and he strives for his team to offer service driven by genuine care, rather than self-interest.

In his 20s, John worked in the building industry and earned a degree in Building from UNSW, which covered Architecture, Construction, Business, and Law. This allowed him to not only understand business principles but also to provide valuable advice to clients on property improvements, often saving sales that were impacted by poor building reports.

John transitioned to real estate in 1987. It was then he realised he had found his true passion. He has since overseen the sale and management of thousands of properties on behalf of sellers and investors.

In 2023, John was selected by a Chicago law firm to serve as an Expert Witness in a Class Action Lawsuit in the U.S.A. Federal Court. His testimony had a profound impact, leading to the most significant changes in real estate practice in the USA in 130 years. The American Real Estate Industry has now adopted the Australian model.
